Work with me
I think in systems. I design with taste. I build intelligent products.
I work with a small number of technical founders at any time — mostly people building AI-intensive products from zero. The shape of the work varies: product strategy pre-seed to seed, architecture gut-check, thin-slice design, wedge sharpening, or just a hard conversation about the thing you're avoiding.
If you've read the Vedantic AI paper, seen TrustCitation, or followed the build logs — you already know how I think. Founders DM founders. Don't fill out a form. Just reach out.
You are probably a fit if…
— You're building an AI-intensive product 0→1 (pre-seed, seed, or early Series A).
— You've got one or two hard problems where the answer isn't in any playbook — including mine.
— You want someone who'll push back honestly, not flatter.
You are probably NOT a fit if…
— You're hiring for a full-time PM role (I'm not open to that).
— You want pure execution delivery without strategic disagreement.
— Your problem is pure backend infra — I'll say so and send you elsewhere.

Bio
I’m a mechanical engineer who never practised mechanical engineering. Instead, I spent over 18 years figuring out why most digital products fail — and it’s rarely the technology. It’s muddled thinking. Wrong abstractions. Misplaced incentives. Teams building the thing right instead of building the right thing.
A lot of that thinking was earned on founding teams and in advisor seats — not one startup, several. Founding product designer. Brand designer. Product manager. Consumer, health-tech, fintech, cross-border payments. I’ve shaped the first screens, named the brand, sharpened the story, picked the wedge, coached the team. The pattern I kept re-learning: taste arrives before the code does.
I’ve built products across healthcare, aviation, banking, government, pharma, manufacturing, retail, and insurance. The through-line: making complex systems feel simple. Seeing both the pixel and the system. Finding signal in high-ambiguity environments where most people see noise.
For a long time I lived in the pixel and the product brief — shaping someone else’s thing. Now, with AI as thinking and engineering partner, I finally get to push my own ideas end-to-end: from intent to shipped system, not just designed pixels. In public. Not the polished version — the honest one. I document what actually works, what fails, and what I’d do differently. The rare intersection of product thinking, design taste, and systems engineering — applied to a world where AI writes new rules for the old games we play.

Beliefs
Systems over features — I don't ship screens. I architect feedback loops, incentive structures, and compounding value.
First principles over patterns — most products fail from muddled thinking, not bad engineering. I question before I build.
Design is a thinking tool — not decoration. Taste is the filter between what's possible and what's worth building.
AI is the force multiplier — not a feature to bolt on. I build with AI as a thinking partner, not an afterthought.
